All refurbished items are tested to the same standards as a brand-new unit. You may find small signs of use, such as minor scratches or dust.

Segway Certified Refurbished Product purchased from Segway Inc. may only be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days from the date the product was ordered. Any refurbished product replacement is not accepted and supported for the time being.
